We hand-pour and craft each candle with love, so please understand that every candle may not be perfect, some may have blemishes and imperfections, but we believe this adds to the character and uniqueness of our candles.

We accept returns and exchanges*

Please inform us if your product is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty.

  • Contact us within: 5 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

*Returns and exchange details

  • Unburnt candles only may be returned. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition, in their original packaging for a full refund minus the delivery costs.

  • If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) we will be happy to provide you with an exchange / replacement. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your purchase to be carefully handmade and dispatched.*

*Please allow additional processing time for custom orders.

Estimated shipping times

Australia: 3-7 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. For international orders, please contact us.

 

Shipping costs vary depending on weight. Shipping prices are available during checkout.

If you are local to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland area, please contact us regarding local pickup.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
